What are the requirements for this position?
At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology industry.

Strong knowledge of the technology industry, including AI, IoT, Web3, and blockchain solutions.Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

What is the compensation for the role?
We offer a competitive base salary for our Business Development Manager role, with a salary range of $55,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and skills. In addition, we offer a commission structure that provides significant earning potential based on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Our commission structure is designed to reward performance and provide additional incentives for success in this role.
